I am so excited that I have an opportunity to do what I love as a Spiritual Creativity Life Coach.

I have been planning and working on my passion for a long time and now I am living my dream. After I got my certification I was directed to choose a specialization. Life Coaches come in all shapes and sizes and at first I was unsure as to what to specialize in until after I got the wise advice to just stick to what I love and I loooove art and the study of mindfulness. I decided to specialize in these two areas because these two things among other things have been my saving grace in my life and they give me so much joy when I talk about them.

My friend recently gave me a huge complement. She said “Barbara I can tell that you love what you do because not once in our conversation did you mention money when telling me about your Life coaching business. When I talk to other people about their careers they always talk about how much money they will make first but you only talked about the passion you have for helping others and I love that. You make me feel excited just hearing you talk about your Life Coaching business.”

I didn't think about how I was describing my business until she said what she said. Hearing her say that made me stop and think. This is my purpose in life... I told her well helping people is my passion. I have been given so much in my life I must pay it forward... I love art and I know so many people are creative in their own way. I also know that so many people have the same struggles that I've had creatively and spiritually and I want to show people in a fun creative way how to over come those day to day struggles.

With my Artistic Soul Within blog I want to share some creative ways to apply mindfulness to your every day life. I also want to share some of my day to day struggles and how I over came them ooor not lol. I wont lie I have my struggles with having Macular Degeneration but I have learned how to embrace my struggles, engage it and put a ring on it. Only then does my life blossom beyond my wildest dreams.

I want my Artistic Soul With blog to be a glimpse into my every day life. I also want to share some mindful tips and life hacks that I have learned so far that has helped me to thrive over the years in my journey. The biggest thing I want to share is how to use your creative gifts to take you to the next level. If I can over come lol with starting a new business being vision impaired imagine what you could do.
